When I visited the Kasenengwha area for the first time, I was received very warmly by the people. One point that was brought to my attention was the urgent needs of the local hospital that services many villages around the area. Many mothers give birth to their children in this hospital.
Peope wait outside to wait for checkup or treatment
So the hospital serves an important role for a very big area, but many things are needed such a proper beds and matrasses, wheelchairs, furniture and so on. Some of these items already arrived with the container that was shipped previously from the Netherlands by Mr. and Mrs. Baatenburg. The other items were bought locally with donations from the Dutch community. It is only a small gift. So much more is needed for the hospital and other things, but we have to start somewhere
